The Five Questions

Four comedians answer these questions through their own experiences, showing what an open, honest conversation can sound like—and giving your audience a place to begin.

  1. What does depression feel like?
  2. What do others do that makes it worse?
  3. What do others do that makes it better?
  4. What do you do that makes it worse?
  5. What do you do that makes it better?

A shared experience.
Something practical to take home.

The presentation starts with clean comedy. Four comedians then come together for a candid panel about their own mental health, using five questions to show what an open conversation can sound like.

For people who experience depression, that openness can make it easier to talk. For those who want to support someone, it offers a place to begin.
