Our inquiry forms ask for your name, email address, and details about your organization, event, or request. Phone numbers and some event details are optional. Please do not include sensitive medical or personal information.

How inquiries are used

We use inquiry information to respond to your request, discuss presentations or sponsorships, and manage follow-up. Forms are processed through GoHighLevel and may create a contact record and conversation in our customer relationship management system. Submission notifications are sent to our team.

Email updates

Subscribing to news and event updates is optional and is not required to send an inquiry. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link provided in those messages.

Website and service providers

Our hosting, form, and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, cookies, and website activity to operate, measure, and protect their services.

External websites

Video links open YouTube. Event registration opens Eventbrite. Donation links open Venmo. Those services handle information under their own privacy policies; payment information is entered with the payment provider.
